Information for Exhibitors
The exhibition takes place during the three days of the Symposium.
It will be located on all floors of the lecture halls in the central
building of the Technical University Vienna. Poster sessions are held
in the exhibition area, coffee breaks are served in the immediate surroundings.
All exhibiting institutions will be included in an exhibition folder
to be distributed together with the conference papers and the press
information. In addition, exhibitors may advertise their logo and place
a link to their web site on the Exhition Page of the Symposium. Registrations
submitted before June 15th, 2002 will be mentioned in the conference
program, to be distributed to more than 3.000 experts. EnviroInfo Vienna
2002' offers a unique opportunity to commercial and non- commercial
institutions to present products and services related to the conference
themes.
Prices and Facts
Prices - Stand for 3 days (incl.
taxes, all prices in Euro)
Single stand (Type 1, approx. 7 m²) 1.134,- with logo listed in
the Exhibition Folder
or
Double stand (Type 2, approx. 12 m²) 2.106,- with logo listed in
the Exhibition Folder
and
Reduced registration fee for 1st and 2nd Exhibitor 220,-
(Even lower fee for the 3rd and following exhibit participant
from the same institution) 120,-
Prices for exhibition stands require at least one participant per
stand to register for the conference. Conference
registration (early registration deadline is July 10) includes access
to all presentations, printed proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, etc.
Payment of this registration fee - upon receipt of an invoice - will
be considered a nomination fee' or a deposit' for a binding
reservation for the Exhibition. Telephone, Fax, Internet connection
fees as well as other additional equipment are charged separately!
The prices include the installation of the stand with standard equipment.
The stand extension may vary according to the position of the stand.
If you wish to use your own stand equipment, please attach a sketch
of your stand describing the dimensions.

Target Groups
The target groups of EnviroInfo Vienna 2002' are European, CEEC
and international
computer experts and environmental scientists, decision makers and IT-experts
from environmental agencies and networks, governmental and administrative
bodies, managers from environmental technology companies and SME's,
consultants. Close to 500 participants are expected.
Special Conference Activities
,Networking for the 6th Framework Program'.
ISEP will provide a forum to establish future co-operations for submissions
to the European Commission's 6th Framework Program.
The Eco-Informa Foundation will organise
a separate conference track on 'Integrating Information for Better Environmental
Decisions'
The annual eEIONET work conference will
take place in parallel to the Symposium, uniting more than 70 IT-experts
and leading NFPs of the European EIONET Network of the European Environment
Agency (EEA).
